CG Capital (CG Capital Advisory Co., Ltd.) invests in and develops real estate and hotels within Central Group, the retail and property business of the Chirathivat family. In Phuket the group runs Central Phuket and Porto de Phuket and is opening POP Phuket next to PURITA. The project company is Harmony Zensations Co., Ltd., Bangkok.
PURITA is the final plot of the group's land in Bang Tao — close to 40 rai with two hotels and the POP Phuket mall, next to The Standard Residences — and the first residence CG Capital builds under its own brand.
