Who can own what
- Two bedrooms
- Two-bedroom homes are offered freehold in a foreign buyer's own name, within the foreign quota. The quota is limited.
- One bedroom
- One-bedroom homes are offered to foreign buyers on leasehold; the lease terms come with your offer.
- From abroad
- Foreign buyers send the funds from abroad in foreign currency; the receiving bank issues the certificate the Land Office asks for at registration.
